Good morning toad. Yes a new week and with a clear head away from gambling, each and everyone of us, has a chance to set/achieve our goals, no matter how small.
I was driving to Waitrose this afternoon and suddenly realised that I was singing away to my ABBA c.d in the car! I thought to myself, “this has not happened in a while”! Why? Probably because my mind was filled with the stress of gambling and all what it eventually brought, no matter how much I won. I say won, I have come to realise that all these years, those gambling sites just lent me my winnings and patiently waited with a huge smile on their faces, until I next succumbed and repaid them it all back and, a whole lot more. 👎. Well, I have paid them my final instalment on 1st April 2024. From now on, I will not be “borrowing” anything more from them.

I am back on my lily pad after a little carnage. Just waiting on a refund from a casino i joined whilst on gamstop.
They took my bank details and cleared refund but i am very lucky as a casino rarely refunds.

Thank you for the post much appreciated. I feel ashamed with myself. I needed the money should not be gambling.
I have this weakness. But lessons learned I hope.
I actually used a credit card to gamble at this online casino which is not on gamstop. Thankfully i was registered with gamstop and the casino is refunding athough i have not received any refund to date.
I need to stay on my lily pad. I did a bet on the Grand National a small amount but got money back.
