Hi , im new to the group and im just reaching out im in massive debt and dread pay day , I have stopped gambling on line by blocking, but will still visit the high st shop , always football any game any country. Main thing is you're doing something about it,. It's Very commendable you are putting in a call with gamcare, it will get better and the debt will clear, it's difficult to see it now but time will pass very quickly. Just stick to the playment plans and set a strict budget. Get to the bottom of your triggers and avoid any relapses like the plague - it will undo all the hardwork and effort you put in.

I to felt like gambling controlled my life.
I went to meetings and in time handed over all my finaces to my wife.
Two fo the best things I could do to stop causing my self and other lots of pains.
I am a much healthier styronger person today.
Just for today I do not want or need to gamble.
Why work so hard for my money then give it away to complete strengers.
In effect working for nothing.
Just for today I know if I gamble I used to make things much for my self.
By opening up now I am no longer the lonely person I use to be.
I have healthier choices today.
Please keep with your recovery program.
