Hi folks, I am struggling to beat this addicition with willpower alone especially combined with my alcohol problems.
I have decided to proceed with k9 on my phone and ipad,
Some questions please, as i;ve never used it before.
I plan to install it tonight via wifi at home , I understand a password code is required to unblock it / activate it? Im meeting my counsellor tomorrow, can he do this then?
secondly can you filter gambling alone and leave other things open?
I dont want it blocking movies etc facebook.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I just installed K9 yesterday. When you go onto K9 site, it gives you a license number, so write it down admits needed when you install. You are required to provide a password - get someone to put that in so that you don't know what it is! When it's finally installed, you can go to the settings (not YOU of course) and choose which topics you want to exclude. I did all that and it works....only trouble is, I put my own password in so for me it's useless but I am going to get someone to change password for me! Good luck! Helen. X
