Since joining this forum, and going from fortnightly to monthly check ins with the RCA Trust, I’m now on day 192 of no gambling via Crypto trading.
It is unreal how good it feels to be able to just go out and buy the things I want without having to panic around how to ‘win’ my salary back and meet my commitments.
Been a few moments where I felt drawn to it all but not recently. Â Really helps just having the charity trust there to check in and keep the momentum going.
