Welcome to the forum.Â
On the main Gamcare webpage there is a tile called 'Group Chat'.
At the start of the group chat you wish to join, go to this page on the website and sign in with the same details you use for the forum.Â
The groups chats have different times depending on the theme.    General Chat is every day between 8pm -9pm. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday there is an addiitonal general chat between 1pm-2pm.
Friends and family affected by gambling have a chat on the last Tuesday of every month between 7pm-8pm and there is a Women's only chat on the first Thursday also between 7-8pm.
