Cheers mate. Yip I'm determined. I'm going away for 2 days tomorrow abroad so that'll take my mind off things. Got a good feeling that I'm going to beat this but not going to drop my guard just yet.
Have a great time . Whatever happens gambling wise do report back (I’m sure you will be fine )
Thank you . Hope it's going well for your too
Ring 0800 294 2060 - the national self exclusion helpline. I believe this can get you excluded from all bookies in your area at once, without having to go into any of them.
Just come back from being abroad for a few days . No urges at all while away. Got to keep strong now I'm back
Welcome back was wondering how you were getting on . Happy you are still here fighting the fight
Cheers mate . Hope you are too
13 days . Going strong
Starting
Starting my first day of gambling tomorrow. Feeling strong.
Was doing so well then let my guard down and gambled again. The problem is that horrible feeling when you've lost money wears off on time and you forget how bad you felt and start betting . Oh well I'll try again. That's day 1 gone .
Hi Johnny, Jason, Bryan and everyone else! Just read your helpful forum feeds, and it feels good that “ it’s not just me “... I thought and still think I am a very strong person, but when it comes to this I feel that I might have been fooling myself or under-estimated the addiction. I am new but also determined to stop. Have a call back to exclude myself to as many places I can think of. But I feel there are soo many questions and emotions to deal with.
