I thought id bite the bullet and have a gander at this site. Tried to get connected to LiveChat but it wouldn't load? Is it not working ?
Anyway, feel like I have a bit of a problem... Hard to accept it mind you. The online calculator reckons I'm spending up to £4,500 a year, not a massive amount compared to some but still a fair chunk of my outgoings.
I feel like I can't leave a set of football fixtures alone,whether it be the full card on a Saturday or 6 games from Eastern Europe on a Tuesday evening, I can't watch a game of football unless I have money on it. Again tonight I put a coupon on for the champions league games tonight.
You can't beat the feeling when you get a winner but when you're losing your money and looking at a long month ahead it can get depressing. Hoping to get help from this site and maybe talk to a few people via the forum or if LiveChat is working?

You do sound as though you've got the "bug". I've blocked all the online gambling site access with K9. I don't know the password so I can't get around it. I've had pangs but I've managed to get to 53 days betfree.
It feels good that my little bit of money is in my bank account and not in the bookies b/a.
Other people self exclude from High St bookies as well.

Thanks for the replies. I have self excluded from most online bookies and haven't felt the urge to open new accounts, even with all these offers popping up up.
I just wish I could have the will power to just put a couple of coupons on at the weekend. I enjoy watching th results on. Saturday with coupon in hand, it's just all these midweek silly £10 and £20 a night bets that are crippling me.
