Hi I'm Julie, a 37 year old female. I'm joining this forum as I've been a gambling addict now for around 5 years, gambling on roulette in casinos and online and have run up around £32,000 of debt which I am now paying off monthly with stepchange, who I can highly recommend to anyone who's struggling with debt.
I'm on here because I have improved significantly through 8 weeks of cbt therapy at the soho gambling clinic and although I do have the occasional relapse I can now see light at the end of the tunnel. I'm here to support others and gain advice. You cannot really understand this terrible addiction until you've lived and together we can keep each other from slipping back into its ***.
It would be nice to hear from other females as I find this is a mainly male dominated addiction but I'm hear to listen and talk to anyone that needs advice

Hi Julie, also female.... seems selfish me worrying about just me???? have a query, and hoping you can help, or maybe someone else? when adding gamcare to PC, find I cannot even watch certain films on TV, as over 18???
Anything geared to over 18 is banned to me... have you found same?
