It happens dont beat yourself up the only thing coming between me and a relapse if im honest is having no deposit funds it has a hold like no other i have put gambling before other addictions like smoking that says it all as im a heavy smoker I found ehats helpful to me as geeky as it sounds is iv been writing about my personal experience openly and honestly ranting and admiting everything...also I found this amazing link it made alot of sense to meÂ

Hi Paul, sorry to hear you relapsed. It's never a nice feeling to go through a relapse. Do you have all the blocks in place to avoid it happening again?Â
@oranje01 Hi Oranje, thanks for the reply. Yes I have self excluded from any sites that I was on and this time I going to install some blocking software on my phone that the chat moderator suggested this afternoon. Hopefully that should stop any attempts when the compulsive thoughts kick in. I am intending to log in here and chat with people if I am tempted. I will also log in when not just to support myself and others.

@u9jc4q51sf a relapse for me is like a death sentence, ive done few years without gambling and i dont find it as hard to stop especially when ive had a losss which happens everytime out of 4 relapses ive been up 3 time and down 1 and all for relapses have cost me dearly ive done all the usual gameban mosses a relpases for me is the main issue i realised i need to improve myself these stupid urgues win everytime if i can find a way not to relapse my life will change i quit drugs drinking smoking fairly easy never looked back however gambling been the worst thing of them all it a game i cant beat
