Hello Everybody. My name is Damien and have been a compulsive gambler 12years and been drinking since 1977 But i am learning to forgive myself and to forgive myself deeply. EG lost £850 today, at first got very angry and hated/cursed myself. But afterwards calmed down.
Hi Damien like yourself I have just joined.Honestly don't know what to do with myself right now but I found myself losing my rent yesterday and tonight I was just about to put on my last penny with this wild idea I may just claw some of it back (like that ever happens right!) But instead I went browsing online and found this forum and thought I'd give it a go and keep my hands and mind busy in the hope the urge passes and my more responsible side wins the fight.I hope you get what you need to help you overcome your addictions..
