Monthly pay date coming soon and the temptation to gamble  is starting to bubble  . I feel sick to the bottom of my stomach that I’m even thinking about it. I wish this pain would disappear.

Please don’t do it. I had the same feeling earlier today. I’m paid tomorrow but I refuse to give in. Stay strong!

Yes same here I week to go but the habit I have made of transferring money each day into another account is working so far..we just have to train ourselves to use our money wisely.. I hope you find the determination to stay gamble free.. Take care all

Please Davey, act now and put things in place so you can't access your money to gamble.

Get in touch with your bank who may be able to put limits on withdrawals and also block online gambling site payments.

You be in control - not your addicition x

It’s payday for me today. Just made all my monthly re-payments to the various credit card, pay day loan and loans companies. Will take 2 years to pay them all off ?. The money left in my pocket is pittance but Its mine not the casinos! I’ve stopped haemorrhaging money for 3 months and I’m slowly re-understanding what money is for.

remember! The house always wins.

I am currently in the process of switching banks, to a bank that allows the blocking of gambling transactions. This will help towards minimising the temptation. I will beat this
