Good morning and thanks for reading this, I wish to multi exclude froms eveal shops close to me, I'm just wondering can anyone answer a question about this. I'm doing well at the moment and want to build on that, but what's stopping me from doing this is a girl I'm close to recently has a friend who works in a shop in the local area (not one I have selected) but part of the same chain, would they be aware of my exclusion ?? I just don't need an extra thing to worry about at the monet, I know this sounds quite trivial, so apologies for that, thanks again.
You can only exclude from the shop properly in person.
Whilst you can exclude from a group like one of the big book makers , they simply wouldn't have the time to check properly.
No shame in self excluding and it is strictly confidential.
Thanks for replying John, is that definitely true ?? as I rang self exlude and I individually picked each shop I go in and they said they would take it from there after I submitted ID ?? I'm going to bite the bullett and submit the ID, i've joined gamstop, banned casinos, making a real concerted effort after a year clean and a big lapse.
When I self excluded from my local bookies , the pile of paperwork they had on different people was massive , I was always quite chatty with the lady and she said it was impossible for them to know everyone , obviously the main shop you gamble in will be aware if they know you well enough , but other branches have such high turn over in staff it would be extremely difficult to know.
