Today iv decided to seek help about my slot machine addiction. I would on a daily basis dip into my savings to go sit in l*******s for hours on end playing the slot machines and can't seem to snap out of it, after losing nearly all my life savings over the last few years iv decided enough is enough, iv kept my addiction to myself for years so this is a big step for me

Well done for coming on here and saying it out loud! It’s a massive achievement to be able to say those words.
Is there anyone you can talk to? It will be a massive weight off your shoulders. Have you put blocks in place? Gamban etc? Could anyone take over your finances so that you don’t have access to money?
You need to get all those doors closed!

@cpparch yes I have the blocks in place now and also my parents are looking after my finances until I trust myself enough, I spoke to someone yesterday and they pointed me onto this forum so definitely be as active as I can in here to see if it helps. Thanks for the support tho it means a lot x
