Hiya to all my old friends and any new friends having a read at my post as you all will know I've not been active lately as I'm changing medication and it's knocking me for 10, I just wanted to let you all know I'm still here and as soon as I'm past the hard bit off meds change I'll be back and that's a promise so don't think you've got rid of me that easy as a lot off you, and you know who they are have been there for me and helped me be THE person I'm today as your all special for doing what you do, those kind words that help us out that whole, sometimes you don't even know your doing it but just take one look at what a stranger has wrote for you and pass your own on as everyone needs that little nudge and everyone needs you all and yet again you know who you are thanks for being you and hope to do my bit again soon.
