Hello All, after 4 years of unhinged gambling I finally decided to seek help and perhaps connecting with people going through the same.  My gambling is hidden from Friends and family but it can’t continue.

@ik4gz7dhe1 that's a great first step.

Through reading the posts on the forum you can see how others have gone through your same experience.  It has been invaluable to be in finding ways to beat the gambling.

Have you put blocks in place to stop the gambling?

I hid my gambling from family for years and it was unbearable and it took me years to realise I couldn't beat it by myself.

However you chose to tackle your recovery deffo have a plan in place.

Keep us posted and all the best 😊
