* I had planned this post, then arrived to find that yesterday went much worse for other forum members than it did for me. Please, please accept my post ONLY to the extent it offers encouragement.
Congratulations 🙂 It's very encouraging to hear that it can be done - as long as we stay on our guard! I think this will be inspirational to a lot of people struggling on here @ the moment!

dogfan,
Good on yer. I'm on 28 days (sort of a month I guess).
I'm as determined as ever to stay gambling free. It's a good place. The little bit of money I have is MINE from here on in.
I didn't view your post as just a proud boast. You must feel great now and you should feel proud. IT IS A GREAT ACHIEVEMENT. I read it immediately as words of encouragement to us all. It shows to the people who are almost down and out that they can turn their lives around. If and when they reach the same point in their lives as you. They will remember the likes of your post as something that helped them to quit entirely.
IT CAN BE DONE.
I too have not become complacent as I still get minor urges. I don't think they are strong enough to defeat me though.
Cheers now.
