I tried to stop gambling last year but failed. I then wanted to make January 1st a new start, failed again. I have now placed a block for gambling transactions on my bank account and so far kept it there this last week.  I have to be really strong and continue to leave the block in place as I need to save £3,000 for external redecoration works on my block of flats.

It's going to be really hard to do as I only have my state pension as income and everyday I want to remove the gambling block because I'm bored,  lonely and anxious about finding this money.

I have some difficult weeks and months ahead for sure.

It easy to lose money, personally knew a guy who lost 250k in 5 days sad thing was he was looking for a property ask your do u really want lose your money you may even win now and make your life easier but i can promise gambling always wins in the end which is why you dont see people making a living out of it, if you really want to stop its possible you have to believe in yourself
