Hi Hereford, only day 1 for me but for now I have had to distance my self from my friends. I can control it so much but when had alcohol and friends are betting. I give in to the temptation. I hope it gets easier? Maybe other People can advise me on this? Or is it best to stay away from my mates for good? Sorry for waffle. 1st day and very down

47 checking in 9 less than last week, I think around 15 people failed to check in from last week, if you forgot just check in this week and Deano will add you back on. If you have had a relapse don’t give up on giving get yourself signed back up.
A couple of milestones hit Dave 1982 had joined the centaury club and Annie67 has pass the 200 days mark. Well done to both of them and everyone who has checked in.

Day 16
On my way to evening clinic, I helped pull a 17 year old girl off a motorway bridge. She was intent on not being here tomorrow. While I work in mental health, this still shocks me. Imagine not having enough hope for tomorrow ar 17 years old. We got the Police and they were helping her when I left. How sad. It just made me think about all of the trivial things I worry about on a daily basis, and how meaningless they are. 16 Days GF today. This is a good thing....Keep moving forward.
