Reading Allen Carr..Easy way to stop gambling...good read and points which made me look at my addiction in a different way..
Gambling provides no genuine pleasure or crutch, it merely creates the illusion of pleasure.
I also always thought of quitting gambling as a sacrifice...but what am I actually giving up ?....despair, sleepless nights and fear of looking at my bank balance.
