Please can you include me. 2 days gamble free. Thank you for taking the time to run this Neil. Did the 2017 challenge and was a godsend. Slipped since but am returning with renewed vigour and more determination than ever to beat and cast aside this devilish affliction.

You can do it mate stay focused. Easier said than done but just don’t think about it and do something else with ur time. Pointless living in regret just take each day as it comes and do anything to block it out your mind. 2019 will be our year

Good Morning All

I have gambled. After over 80 days gamble free. I could see it coming to be honest. I’m £165 lighter and the timing isn’t great straight after Christmas but I want to be honest and start fresh. Need to remain focussed . I think I was so focussed on staying gamble free to Christmas that I let my guard down . Being unwell the past few days I’ve ended up back online . Started with the bingo and then online slots. Won then lost then chased losses, you know .. the way it always happens I guess. Determined to get back on it. Ended up wasting a little bit of money I’d saved up. Need to draw a line in the sand and move on as I’ve been here hundreds of times before & having ruined my gamble free streak it feels easier to continue gambling. But, I’m going to stop once again . Today is day one.

Tri - it’s the hardest thing in the world mate but each second that passes without a bet is a small step in the right direction.

Checking in day 10. Has been a great day so far watching Man Utd then the 3 o'clock fa cup matches and now Arsenal.
My mate watches my bank account now so I can't risk any sort of betting.

Can see myself already looking at life differently and have plans to get out more and enjoy my extra time when I'm not betting on some stupid things I know nothing about.
