I completed it where I could as I thought it really important. I'm an older guy with kids but have gambled all my life (about 40) if you count the fairgrounds and seaside arcades but it's roulette that's "killed" me. Thousands and thousands lost and still in debt. I've joined GAMSTOP this week which has been great but need to sort the bookies in town where I'll be later this week. Think there's a phone number on here?

Chased and chased and chased but we all know the final outcome. Thanks for reading. Need to try and stop permanently before I lose all my family as well. Better late than never I guess but only a week in.

Age no barrier to stopping for good (I'm in my 50's and have gambled since school).

The intention is that I will run this until end of year & hopefully everyone will transfer to the 2019 challenge with at least some days under their belt.

Gamstop a life saver for me.

I think you may have to visit shops to self exclude there, but would highly recommend self exclusion - don't believe you can quit for good without it.
