Hello all.
Haven't been on here for a while as I have been focusing on getting myself sorted, I am 46 days Gambling free and have never felt as good as I am feeling now, after sharing my problems with family and friends.
For anyone suffering talk to your loved ones, never have I had so much support and praise on how well I have done, and for anyone suffering please seek help from gamcare and the counselling service they offer, it has helped me so much in understanding why I turn to gambling and given me other options to keep myself focused without struggling.
I am determined to stay on the straight and narrow, there is so many better things to spend your money and have things to show for it and not wasting it on an ever spiralling gambling problems.
