I am 57 days gf and not had any urges i really hope this continues. Ive had great supprt from Gamcare and NECA

Well done for being 57 days gf and I am glad to hear that you have not had any urges which is an amazing thing as it can be hard to stop the temptation. Keep doing what you are doing and I can hear how determined and motivated you are to getting better. 

It is good to hear that you got great support from us at GamCare and NECA to support you through your recovery journey. 

You are doing really well for yourself and it would be good to see how far you come when updating us on your journey to do better to see your achievements.
