Hey people hope you are all doing well, not posted much this week been doing a lot of thinking about my own position and situation.
Thursday my dreaded day came and boom money lost again around ВЈ70 (bare in mind at the moment i pay out about £30 a month more than i earn) so to blow that a few times a month makes a big difference to me,
So what have i done about it?
I have blocked another online account i managed to open, ive spoke to my family to try sort things out with money to try get my finances back on track, got a few appointments with the bank to discuss things and how they can help me, but most importantly i have been to the doctors.
What the doctor says?
So i sat and had a chat with the doctor explained ive had well over 20 maybe even 30 counselling sessions but that doesnt seem to work for me, helps me for a few months but i slowly slide back.. so now i have been referred to mental health (sounds scary i no) but im not crazy or anythin like that which we can auto assume with mental health, nope i seem to suffer from episodes of gambling that seem to run along side certain feelings so going for something called CBT (Cognitive behavioural therapy) always worth trying things to try get back on the straight and narrow so lets see if this helps me out.
Take care everyone and good luck in your own battles 🙂

I no how you feel joydivider i too felt a loss of pride going to the doctors but i sat and asked myself a few questions....
1. Lose pride or keep losing money?
2. Lose pride or lose respect of friends and family?
3. Lose pride or lose my future?
I didnt wanna keep losing money i havnt got, i dont want my friends and family not being there for me anymore cause i keep letting them down as well as myself, and finally its never too late to turn your life around but that will only happen sometimes if we swallow our pride and open our mouths.
All the best
