I don't have time to write a long post as I'm at work, but I'm in about £5,000 debt and can't stop gambling, everyday, I've blown about £400 this week and taken payday loans I can't afford to pay off.
I need any tips to quit as I can't do it I've tried
Put some practical barriers in place. If you deny yourself access to money then you can't gamble it.
What can you do to make it more difficult for you to gamble on impulse??
If you gamble online install "betfilter" on your device. If you gamble in bookies etc, then get yourself a 5 year exclusion... expecially from your regular haunts.
Read lots on here. Learn about compulsive gambling and how to stop and stay stopped. Fill the void created by not gambling with other stuff. Sport, exercise helps many.
