Hey everybody so just after some advice , my bank has confirmed that I put into. A place a block on all of my accounts on the 17th of December however since then every gambling transaction has been authorised, obviously with this block on they shouldn’t have gone through.. any advice on what I should do please as I may as well have not had the block on? NatWest have confirmed the block was put onto all accounts on 17th of decÂ

Thanks for posting this question and sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re having with the bank block. It sounds frustrating to be experiencing this when you’re trying hard to help yourself.
I can hear that you’ve already been in contact with the bank but in case you need it, the Natwest customer support team number is 03457 8*8 444. Someone from the bank should be able to look into this further for you.
You could also talk to someone on our Helpline on 0808 8020 133 or through our 1:1 Livechat to get some further support but they won’t be able to check your account details etc.
