Gamblers Anonymous also have a chat room - it's here. It's normally moderated by a volunteer.
I am a Web Developer in the real world. I find it difficult to believe that Gamcare Developers have found a fault that they know cannot be fixed within a couple of weeks. Very strange.
I am likewise a systems developer, Degen. I wonder if the Chatroom software is still supported by the existing supplier, or subscribed to by Gamcare; maybe they are looking for a new supplier. I suspect that Gamcare IT provision is outsourced.

I agree. Gamtalk looks garbage. Meh. We need another reccommendation.
Although Gamcare Chat is looking very old and out of date I would be a bit wary of a new supplier.

And I agree Degen, Gamcare Chat works and is it for purpose, although I've never been able to access it on an iMac; only Windows and iPhones. I have a hunch, though, they'll be a new version.
