Hello it's me (again) sorry cannot get adeles song out of my head!! day 9 and posting on here again today (this late) as iv spent the last few hours reading people's story's on here... after a busy day visiting family giving and collecting presents I haven't really thought about my addiction at all today, I find for me keeping busy and also planning what I'm going to be doing the next day really helps and also coming on here reading people's stories and yeah I will say it the story's that help the most are the ones that have hit rock bottom this makes me realise I do not want to get to that stage when I now have an early chance of escaping this demon... I am trying my upper most best to reach day 21 as this is when u are suppose to break the habit (I really hope so).. tonight I have the little pictures popping up in my head of the animation of the bonus wins on the slots and the free spins rounds and how exciting they can be, but then I came on here and read some really terrible story's and the pictures disappeared, amazing just amazing....
