i hate bloody roulette , such a f****d up evil little game , slots never bothered me always thought boring and rarely win but that litle white c*** of a ball has ripped so much money of me when could be v comfatable in the bank im 32 i reckon if i can stop by 35 i could have decent savings , help me guys still day 1 only
Spraggy2014 I have been coming on here since I was 24. The only advice I can give you is do one day at a time let it build up and be patient. It's easier said than done goes against everything we find normal as we want instant results
hi micheal mate , im going my first face to face councelling session tonight i done GA and exclusions but the gambling bugs runs so deep for me i need proper help , i feel in control at moment but pay day friday , going on holiday next week and xmas of course so NEED my money , just keep telling myself don,t be greedy as if i win a couple of my first bets i can walk away but if not i go chasing and i soo dont want the feeling i had on november the 19th when blew all my money on FOTB and online its my money FFs why do we do it ? gonna try the 10 step programme see how i get on

Checking in on Wednesday... how's the rest of the troops? Everyone in work today or got a day off? Feel I need some more interaction today as I may struggle... not particularly an urge to gamble... but more to stop me slipping into a depressed individual who will just mope through the day. Any festive cheer would be most welcomed.
