129 days GF, not easy as we all know, the first Xmas in years that I've not been deviously on the iPhone or laptop playing slots over the Xmas period, losing thousands I didn't have and inflicting more pain upon myself for another new year.

Baring 1 all that checked in last week checked in this week, really great to see that. Hopefully we can have a good strong core of check ins going forward.
Got a few to shout out Sars27 - 200, a nice double century, be very proud. sjwsjw - 90, 3 months, very impressive. Christer1 hits the bullseye, I clearly have seen to much darts and ADJ goes into double figures. Setting, hitting goals and milestones I think is a great motivator. Be proud of everyday but take that bit of extra pride when those milestones come around, maybe even treat yourself wether big or small just something to mark the occasion. We'll done to all.

Hey everyone! So sorry haven't been around. Happy Christmas to you all, no matter what..... I haven't gambled for 78 days. Stuff's been difficult, but gambling hasn't been a factor. I haven't even thought about it tbh, it's been a bad, bad time. But, said what i was going to do, no gambling. Anyone struggling, keep going, anyone complacent, don't be.
