Hi all another week, another update, hope your all well and survived the Christmas madness with a bit of sanity and a bit of cash but mostly by still being bet free. Completing this challenge is not easy, any stretch of 90 days is bound to have its up and downs so be proud your still here, still winning!

2 shout outs and I could've copied and pasted from last week, 1 with 100 days and the other 1000 unbelievable to type that once but to do it twice in two weeks is phenomenal. A big well done to boxingdayfresh for entering treble figures, welcome to the club. Casey 1000 days you know how much I think of that from last week's update but I'll say again well done and congrats a truly great show of strength and commitment. I hope to be where you are now and I wish you all the best as you continue marching on.

Thanks for keeping this worthwhile challenge going, Neveragain.

I turned to food Mixer. I've struggled to get to the gym as i have been having counselling on a monday evening and thats kind of been my excuse to write the rest of the week off. Thats ended now though so i hope i'll get back into it from next week!

I used to also obsess with the gym, body building 5 days a week + eating 6 meals a day with strict macro diet. Thats the "focusing" of the CG brain huh?!

Thank you and we'll done to those still checking in, if you haven't already seen there is an Easter challenge put up by sam crow. So I'd advise anyone who feels these challenges beneficial to sign up and the first check in for that challenge is this week.

This challenge will be ending shortly and you should all be proud for stepping up to the plate and completing the three months. The next and final update I will do on weds 31st and I'll include all check ins from 22nd Jan up to 31st Jan. It's been great doing the challenge and hope it has helped, it certainly helps me and I will be on the Easter challenge - no complacency for me I want to keep my focus and I know challenges help me stay on that right path.

Think the title has thrown quiet a few people into thinking its ended. Made total sense to name it that and a change of name would probably have been more confusing. Thanks for running this challenge Neveragain. Sure helped me rack the days up.

Checking in for the last week ... haven’t checked in for a while as have had a lot going on but still haven’t gambled since Oct 13th.

Here we are the finish line. Thank you all for your input and check ins throughout. I've run 2 challenges back to back so roughly 6 months and I must admit I'm looking forward to a break and handing over to Sam on the easter challenge. I think challenges can keep everyone focused. I wish you all the best in your recoveries, your input on here has kept me going and kept all of us on the right path. So one last time.... Oh almost forgot a shout out to Spaceman hitting the three month mark, really good going and great way to finish this challenge, keep up the good work.
