Is there a body like a self exclusion team where you can give them your bank details, email, home address so they can then circulate your details around all the UK licensed online casinos and they can exclud you from all. I swear I must have excluded from pretty much every one but if Im determined to gambler there is always 1 I'm able to find.
I think it's coming but not currently available to my knowledge...The helpline will be able to advise you.
What I will suggest however is to downgrade your bank account. Blocks only ever really buy us time though so changing your mindset through counselling (GamCare can provide this @ no cost to yourself) and/ GA is vital.

The type of scheme you are looking for is not currently available. Online operators can be registered in different countries and subject to different legislation. However, as others have mentioned before, American banks usually block online transactions as online gambling is illegal in the US. You also have the possibility of installing blocking software on the device which you use to gamble with, or alternatively use a parental control, which usually requires a password.

Take a look at these. As other users have mentioned, this is not a guarantee that you stop gambling though. It can be helpful to be self-excluded or blocked when you have an impulse to gamble as you would need to go more out of your way, which can buy you some thinking time. But as you said, if you are determined to gamble, you will find a way.
If you want to stop, the general idea is, that you become determined to stop and channel your energy into stopping, instead of into finding ways to gamble and you would need to be motivated to stop.
