Quick update. My wife told me an hour ago she wants time apart. Gutted
Don't be gutted, see it as an opportunity. Keep up your counselling, work on yourself. Your mindset, you want to have her and the girls in your life and not gamble with their future. Keep contact up, don't bombard her, but agree contact terms...Let her go in the knowledge that she will come back to you. Use this time wisely my friend..x

Diary update, still at my mams house as we are still having time apart. Been a difficult weekend because iv been so down. 22 days gf tho and plodding in. Hope by nxt week my wife might have had a god chance to think and help moving forward.
26 days gf. Moved back in with my wife and children. Have a job interview in just over a week for a new job and more money. Debt management plan is underway and paid some debt off with help from family. Will keep working hard to build trust. But roll on another day. Can not believe what a difference 26 days makes when I'm not gambling. To all those new to the site chin up because when I started on here I could see no way forwards. But it can be done.
