This week’s topic is “culture” which can be defined as “the values, beliefs, language, rituals, traditions, and other behaviors that are passed from one generation to another...” ( https://dictionary.apa.org/culture )
We may think of culture and how it impacts our journey many different ways, for example whether the culture we are in has felt like a barrier to seeking support or maybe even played a part in our story. We also hear the term “gambling culture” used in the media.
It can be helpful to reflect on the different things that have influenced our journeys so far, and potential how we may overcome these.
