If you're looking for inspiration and advice you'd do well to order 'Overcoming gambling addiction' by Alex Blaszczynski. I picked it up 2nd hand for £3 inc postage. Mint condition like new. The best self-help b0ok on gambling that I've read. I've also ordered a book on addiction called 'Unbroken brain'. It's had good reviews so hopelullu it will help me understand why I keep s******g up.

Good choice. Last time I read it almost ten years ago it helped me immensely. My mistake was putting the book away. Almost 6 months later I relapsed. Hope it helps you.
