Hi Benleigh, Welcome to the Forum and thanks for posting. It is good that you have acknowledged your problem with the FOBT after talking to us at Gamcare. There is help, and it sounds like you found talking to us helpful.
Thank you for the possitive comments, however we have to remove the name of the advisor on this side of the forum. You could give us a feedback on our Feedback session of the forum.
I am sure you had other stratergies discussed as well as counselling, and these together with your determination to stop this could see you through.
Again we are pleased that you have found chatting with us helpful.
Take Care

Hey Ben .
I just stopped by to wish you well with your councilling tonight , I hope it goes well for you mate .
Youv'e done really well managing to get a couple of weeks under your belt and putting some space between you and your last Fobt experience , I know exactly how hard it can be to break free of the spell they hold us under and nearly 2 years ago I was where you are now , it is doable mate you just have to really want it more than you want another punt :)).
Stay well my friend and keep racking up those day's :))
Best wishes
Alan
