Hi I’m undergoing depression from a separation from my husband 12mths ago. The last few months have been difficult and I have found gaming sites that are not GameStop monitored and I was awake all night gambling away my whole wages. What am I going to do and how can I stop myself?  Feel utterly shamed. Got to now find my rent money from somewhere.

Hi, thank you for posting on the forum.

It sounds like it has been a difficult time for you, and I am sorry to hear you have been going through this. GamBan sounds like it will be ideal for you as it blocks access to online gambling sites and covers more than GamStop. If you come through on our helpline we can provide you with a free GamBan link and also talk through some further gambling support for you.

Many thanks

Hi

Sorry to hear this, i also once gambled on these sites, they don't have a license so you will never get paid even if you had of won. I think everyone here also has lost there wages on the first day. I think with what you've got going on personally you need to get stuck into a hobby , walking, running ,swimming or something else to keep you busy/

Hi there @nyaba

Unfortunately the free GamBan link will only work for those resident in the UK. For those living outside the UK, you can still use GamBan to block online gambling sites, but you will need to purchase a subscription for this. You can do this via their website. Apologies that we cannot help you access this!
