You posted that "for some reason i cant start an new thread either so feel like im constantly jumping on peoples posts".
You should be able to start a thread by clicking on the section of the forum where you want to place your thread, (Eg 'Recovery diaries') and then scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on the blue button that says 'New topic'. This allows you to create a new thread. If you continue to have difficulties with this, then please email forumadmin@gamcare.org.uk so the Forum Admin can look into what might be happening for you.
