Hi everyone
Can anyone give me any advice on how to block gambling sites on my phone???
I have done on my laptop but cant on my iphone. Is it possible to do?
Thanks D
Hello D70,
Some Forum Users have mentioned that in addition to self-excluding from gambling sites and deleting their gambling apps from their phone, they have installed parental control software on their iPhone -with someone else holding the password so they cannot reconfigure the settings themselves (You could look at iTunes to see what is available). Other forum members have said that they've asked their internet/network provider to apply parental controls. Some other forum members have said that they've changed their phone to one that doesn't provide internet access. Gamblock offer a blocker for Android smartphones.
Take care,
Adam.

A quick google search is the fix fir this.
Self exclude yourself from the sites you use and ask your bank if you can have a basic bank account (no debit card, just an ATM card) that way you can't gamble online even if you wanted!
Unplug the internet also, especially at times you know you'll gamble. Litrerally unplug the router etc. By tihe time you've got it up and running again you'll hopefully be seeing clearer and not gamble.
All the best.

Thanks Adam and Brawbuddha, some great advice there. I will look at blocking my phone but will definetly change my debit card for a cash card as this stops me gambling online fullstop, great tip thankyou.
Thanks D
