I have logged into my WH account to close it and self exclude, however i find my self in a predicament where a free £10 bet has been given to me.

Free won't be free when that is gone and you deposit more...how many times has that happened? If u are scared to play the free 10 for you it's probably not a good idea...
they wont let me close the account until its gone.........

Write a 10 digit random password on a piece of paper eg zdrqulpnbv use that as a new password. Destroy the piece of paper afterwards. Then you wont know your password to re-log back in.

You can download K9 free site blocking and use sonic b's method of setting the password for it.
These £10 teasers are awful so you need to make sure you can't get on to a gambling site.
Get yourself out of harms way re gambling.

They are compelled to shut the account if you tell them that you have a problem, regardless of the free bet in the account.
tell them you will report them if they don't and they soon will as I have experienced this in the past
