Hi. Those urges just don't go away and I totally understand your frustration. One idea is to think about what barriers you can put in place for when the urges strike which make it impossible to gamble. Perhaps a way which stops you depositing funds, closing the account and asking to be self-excluded, putting game block on the computer etc. only a few ideas and will leave you to think.
The great thing is you know you need to take action. Make that 250 loss your last and get some barriers in place for when those urges surface again.
