Am broke, lost ВЈ30,000 in total through gambling,I'm here to help my addiction,I have come to realize that other people out there feel as frustrated as me,just the other week I gambled ВЈ4000.00 on one spin on the roulette,I was thinking I could double my winnings to £8000.00 so I can pay of all my debts,no I lost the lot,I had loans out for hundreds of pounds and lost that too on roulette and football online,on many of occasions I go without food as I bet all my wages on gambling,I now have a possession order of home and bailiffs for council tax and constant phone calls for the money,I have quit now for 1 week to 2 weeks but how can I quit altogether,it's best not to chase your losses as it gets you deeper in the Lions pit,you always come out broke, that's my worst word ever as I am always broke.

The best way to deal with gambling I think is to not gamble ever again, that means never,I would get more pleasure and satisfaction keeping a roof over my head and paying all my bills exactly on time.I work also so it will be nice to see money in my wallet and food to eat than waste it all on gambling.no one cares the other end of the screen when you lose the money, these betting companies are happy that you have given them all your money, who goes without food, who becomes homeless and wrecks there life through gambling, people do but the bookies are laughing having all the money and people are Broke because of it,I think I have learnt my lesson, stay away from the bookies, there is only 1 winner and it ain't you,it's the bookmakers.

Hi bluescreen, what lovely comments you have made, yes that is exactly me,putting gambling before food and bills and sometimes starving,Now is the time to change, your right, forget about the lost money, the reason people keep going back is because of the thrill of winning but going back after a big win only results in losses, that's why it's good to stay away from online betting shops and cancel these accounts,if people cancel there accounts then they can't bet and next time anybody walks past a bookmakers go to a chip shop instead, get yourself a luscious meal and think about how you have the money now and that you don't need to gamble ever again, being broke sucks and only leads to depression, debt and homelessness and loss of friends and family,I think I am on the right track now and will get the help I need,To everyone that has ruined there lives with gambling, please listen,it will work for a while and you will get a few mins but sadly the bookmakers always win, that's why they are in business,to make money and not to lose, have you ever seen bookmakers close stores,I haven't because they are not broke,we are broke by falling into a cycle or trap that makes us think that the big fat win will come along, but guess what,we can only dream about the win, please don't be sad and stand up for yourselves, you really can get out of debt and follow the correct path, would you go down a path with a lion there or a cat, well you would choose cat as the Lions path is dangerous,in the same sense it is dangerous to continue gambling as it ruins lives, families, your health even, anger and frustration, loss of friends and family and feeling worthless, thank you for reading and I hope this helps me and the many others out there who feel very angry and frustrated right now, take care.
