Sadly I had another relapse on Saturday. Was driving round for work and decided as I hadn't gambled for a month, one small go on roulette wouldn't be a problem as I had saved a lot of money from not gambling. Needless to say lost £800. So I have done councelling before and didn't really help to much, so now looking in hypnotherapy. I have found a therapist who specialises in addiction relapsing. Has anyone had an success with hypnotherapy? Will try anything to stop these relapses as I seem to easily not gamble for a month or two but then fall off the wagon. Or maybe someone has other good methods to stop relapsing? I have excluded myself from all online sites and only carry around one bank card and small amounts of cash where possible.
