so I managed to abstain from gambling for 6 months of this year which is pretty good for me, I signed up to the sense program which allows you to self exclude from most of the casino operators in the country in one go. However as the 6 month exclusion neared its end I got itchy feet and got myself let back in the casino to start gambling again. After 2 weeks I could see my life spiralling out of control so I banned myself again but it's only for a minimum of 6 months, I asked the casino manager if I could exclude for longer and his answer was ' no you can't but when the exclusion is up just don't come in here ', hmmmm ok easy as that then, ... Is anyone experiencing anything similar ? I wish I could ban myself for life ..........
My addiction was online slots...mainly with two sites...phone them both and said I wanted to exclude...they asked me how long for ?
