That’s another week done and dusted not gambling. This week was a little more difficult as it was payday week and I’d usually be gambling all my money away thinking I’d end up with double my money but very rarely did so I I was rather  happy because I’d saved money this week and even treated myself which felt good! I know this is the beginning of my journey and I still have a long way to go but it’s nice to not be waking up every morning thinking about gambling and actually sleep quiet decently for the first time in a long time! I feel like I’m finally myself again smiling regularly and spending more time actually do what I enjoy doing:) 1 more week till 1 month gamble free and I’m so proud ?

Well done on hitting 3 weeks , does it feel better to actually be able to check your bank account online knowing tat there is some money in. I know for me i use to dread checking my account after being paid as i would of gambled most of it away by the morning and wouldn't be able to remember how much i lost.
