Well..... After over 4 months gamble free I folded in the last couple of weeks and have since lost in the region of £600+
With Xmas coming I can't afford hits like this and so it's time to get the blocks back in place
I think my gambling spiralled recently because I was always chasing losses and you tend to turn your nose up at wins of £100 or so 🙁
My mission now is to get back on track and live without the guilt and pain of gambling as I have for the previous 4 months.

Just get back on the bus and don't beat yourself up for relapsing. I've done it too many times and now I'm staying stopped. It's been an expensive lesson but hey. You can do it.
