Lost all savings, not enough my I get so many loans and I am in dept and I don't know how I can stop. I really need help but as a foreigner in UK I don't have friends and I struggle with communication. I very often think to end my life. I don't enjoy life anymore. I am only 40 years old, but feel like life is end for me. I don't know what to do. I will try to say today is my last day of gambling but I said that to myself many times. But always going back. There is always hope my friend I am 38 yrs and lost it all in debt and being hounded day in and out by lenders sometimes have to resort to hiding to get at least a few hours of peace ....but don't ever think this is rock bottom...things can get worst but if you stop here right here you are a winner....because now you can recover from here ....but if continue the point you at now can become alotttttttt worst....there is hope my friends there is doors open immediately when you stop.....recovery feels peaceful but I beg you just stop right nowww breathe prayer helped me so much
