Day 18 for me and have to be honest...Couple of niggly desires to play slots earlier, but I am NOT going there, not today!
Think it was a combination of the lull after Christmas & feeling a bit lonely...First urges I've had in 18 days, popped into forums and read some Diaries, did the trick and reminded me why I'm here...Gambling does NOT solve anything, only makes it worse, gambling is NOT my friend..Just for today....I will NOT gamble!

Good evening everyone, and here's a stat for you - we have collectively 'crashed' through the 1,500 day barrier between us. We have navigated through Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Now ​Twixmas is in our sights, as we move from a dozen to a baker's dozen.
The sheer resolve is coming through with every update and dairy entry; day-by-day, we MEAN this. Tomorrow will be the same as today; I can sense it. An utter, bl**dy-minded determination to whack this destructive irritation into the long grass.

I am going to keep you guessing for one more day, I'm sorry 🙂 But if everyone remains GF for Day 13 tomorrow, I will reveal. There is an answer to this, I promise!!! Keep guessing; no one is *quite* right so far (there's a clue...)

This is a little gift to show my affection for you on our Anniversary. I chose these because I noticed that you are not in the habit of wearing any when you go out in the evenings.
If it had not been for your younger sister, I would have chosen the long ones with buttons, but she wears the short ones that are easy to remove.
These are a delicate shade, but the lady I bought them from showed me a pair that she had been wearing for three weeks and they were hardly soiled. I had the sales girl try them on and she really looked great.
You will find that, with a bit of delicate rubbing, you can polish your ring till it sparkles; your friends will be so jealous when they wonder why it glistens so.
I wish I could put them on you for the first time. No doubt other men's hands will come in contact with them before I have a chance to see you again.
When you take them off, blow in them before putting them away as they will naturally be a little damp from wearing. Be sure to keep them on when you clean them or they might shrink.
I hope you will like them and wear them for me on Friday night.

Talking of jigsaws I went to ikea today to get 2 new wardrobes. Flat pack I hate the stuff but should keep me busy for about a month lol

The puzzle of the day from yesterday is driving me insane... Everyone better remain GF for day 13, as I need the solution... I know I have no right to make any demands since I'm like ~10 days behinds everyone here, but still... lol
My guess = the farmer owns 3 budgies - Each budgie has 2 feet, so there could easily be two different budgie's feet on each of the 3 rungs, even if there were only 3 budgies inside the cage in total... the other 3 are wild budgies chirping outisde the cage...
