Report your card as lost get a new one and get someone to take off the back 3 number code if you gamble online.

If you gamble in a bookies use the blanket ban line to stop you.

Keep honest in your quest to become free of this addiction and hopefully your engagement will recover itself as gambling breeds

on dishonesty

thanks for your reply.

i dont have any access to online betting as i self excluded from them under my fiancee's instructions. Also she has access to my bank accounts so can see what money is going out etc.

so my betting is done in bookies. What is meant by the blanket ban?

It means that if you use bookies to gamble you can call a number and it blocks you from entering.

I am so glad you have given her this access. Keep strong and see that in life you have all you need in front of you

and all that can be lost for the sake of a gamble. Please dont do it, I wish i could turn back the clock. Stay Strong

I have stopped but finding it very hard as my diary may tell you.

I lost over half a million and the love of my life and live in darkness.

Do not let this be you. Call that number in the morning. Take whatever strength you have in you to rid yourself

of this addiction. I am on the challange that change set up and I find the input from others on here a strength in what is a difficult journey.

Join in, post, make a diary, speak to others. I will look out for you
