I have been working away this week which is usually when I gamble even more! But I was determined not to give in, it was slightly easier as I had a work colleague with and I had told her not to let me gamble!
But I have been watching YouTube, just type in Gamble Addiction and you will be amazed, I can recommend BBC The Punter it is in 3 parts and I could see the pattern.
